When it comes to selling your house whether in the Manchester NH area or anywhere, the one thing Sellers are demanding these days is Service. Whether selling Owner Occupied homes, a Short Sale, an investment property or through an estate sale you need a professional experienced in that type of sale. Once you LIST YOUR HOME it is time to make sure your property is READY TO SELL. The 4th STEP is to MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER AND FREE OF DAMAGE. You worked hard to get the exterior mowed and trimmed. You have cleaned the interior to make your home inviting and welcoming but what will the buyer think of the condition of your home.
