What inspections are required on USDA Home Loans?
A few inspections are required on the USDA 100% Guaranteed Rural Housing Home Loans.
An appraisal will be needed.
Also, a clean water test if on its own water supply.
If the appraiser states in their report that the septic system seems to be in working order, an inspection is not needed.
Also, if the appraiser states no visible termite activity, then no termite inspection is required.
A home inspection is not required but I would definitely recommend having one of these.
