Front Porch First Impressions
The front porch is the first place buyer's will see as they come over for a showing. Especially if the Realtor fumbles with the lock box at all. To make sure your front porch is looking it's best start with a pressure wash. If you don't have one, The Balster Action Team has one you can use for FREE just for being a client. Sweep your porch on a regular basis especially when it's needed and remove any cobwebs lurking in the corners of the entryway.
A "Wipe Your Paws" welcome mat is cute but you don't want to leave any evidence of pets while your house is on the market. Pack it away until you get in your beautiful new home and for now put a simple clean "Welcome" mat in its place. Remove any signs that claim the property as your own and make sure the address is clear and visible from the street.
