Salem Oregon Horse Property - Sold!
Finally!  After 2 other agents, these sellers tried me as their 3rd agent.  It's a long story, but the bottom line is, the first two agents did not tell them the truth.  They just wanted to be nice to the sellers.  Well, that got them no where.  Not even one offer.
 

Then they decided to hire me to market and sell their Salem Oregon Horse Property.  I told them to do a few things they didn't want to do, but they did them anyway.  And guess what?  It sold!!!!  I just wish they would have called me first, years ago, I coud have saved them a lot of stress and head ache.
