Firework Displays in and around Clark County, WA  It's that time of year again - Boom! The Firework displays in and around Clark County, WA offer residents many different options. Let's start with the big one, Fort Vancouver. After 48 years, the venue has changed a bit, both in terms of where the fireworks are launched, and the size of the display. 
 However, many residents from the area, including Portlanders, loyally attend Fort Vancouver's Independence Day celebration. Participants spend the day enjoying live entertainment, food and games on the lawns of historic Fort Vancouver. Then, at approximately 10 PM the light show begins.
 Organizers use state of the art fireworks synchronized to patriotic musical selections - the result is memerizing. The fireworks are now launched from Pearson Field, instead of from a barge on the Columbia River, which makes it more difficult to see the display if you're not a ticket holder to the event.
