Home sales up in St Petersburg!
Not sure whats going on, but over the past 3 or 4 weeks we have been extremely busy with Buyers and Sellers!  In the next 4 weeks we will be closing on over 1.6 million $$ in sales.  This seems to be happening all over our marketplace!  Is anyone else seeing this trend?  I'm hoping its not isolated to this area!  Many Sellers are finally realizing that its not early 2005 anymore, and are getting realistic about pricing.  Buyers are seeing that the market has bottomed, rates are incredible and they have alot of inventory to choose from! ... more
