Pity the poor folks who bought in this section of Fore Ranch, in Ocala, Florida!
 
These homes were built and sold in 2005-6 for $180-$200k.  And now are short selling for $80-$90k!
 
 
 
 
But when it rains it pours!!!  Tropical Storm Debbie decided to blanket the area with 11-12" of rain.  Now those town homes are sitting on the edge of a precipice.  In fact, several were evacuated.
 
 
 
 

Let's hope they don't become upside
AND underwater!
