RED DOOR FOR THIS NEW LONDON, CT HOME

My wife and I have been flipping homes since the mid 70’s. Not something we have ever taken any seminars to do, but we know how to do them right.
One thing that has always been a signature for us, is color. We never do off white or plain colors of any kind. Especially the front and back doors.
The home that we just competed in New London and is now on deposit has beautiful red doors in the front and back. We actually use the same red as a trim, including the front deck.
We don’t stop there we use a lot of color on the interior. The home has to "wow" prospective home buyers, otherwise the home will probably sit on the market. Priced right, looks great means quick deposits.
We have used every color described in the article below, without really understanding the phycology of what they all meant. Now we have been educated.
