Referrals From Blogging Are Great!If you are still undecided if blogging actually works, I can honestly tell you that my blogging has lead to some nice referrals, and I have recently closed three transactions, which were all referrals from other Active Rain members. Two of them were listing referrals, and they were estate sales, and great handyman specials, which investors immediately made cash offers on both of them. We all love those cash offers, since they generally lead to those quick closings. Although, they were small deals, I know my sellers were very satisfied with the whole process from contract to closings, since they expressed their appreciation for services and efforts of everyone involved.  The other referral was a buyer lead, who purchased a lovely home in one of San Antonio’s historical districts, Monticello Park, which I termed the “Gucci District”. Yes, San Antonio, like other cities does have these nice historical areas like King William, Olmos Park, Monte Vista, and Monticello Park, just to name a few. This closed transaction lead to another happy home buyer, who recently relocated to Texas, due to a job transfer.
