The Belvedere Glen subdivision is a quiet enclave of mostly townhouses in 20910 Silver Spring, MD. The location is fabulous - just steps to the Forest Glen Metro Station and quick access to the beltway.
Belvedere Glen - also advertised as Forest Glen Station (perhaps a late name change by the developer?) - was built in 2002. The 3-level townhouses feature stone and brick fronts, an open concept floor plan, cathedral ceilings, living room bump outs, generous room sizes, and a 2 car-garage. Most offer luxury throughout with custom moldings, upgraded kitchens and gleaming hardwood floors.
