Last Day to Register to Vote to Participate on July 31st
Today is the last day to register to vote if you plan to cast your vote on July 31st.  July 31st is the day that metro Atlanta and Georgia decides on the Transportation Referendum.  The Transportation Referendum promises to get Atlanta out of the category of top five worst cities for traffic.  If you want your voice heard on this important issue, make sure that you are registered.
If you are not registered to vote, you still have time today.  Simply go to the Secretary of State website and click on the Elections tab.  There you can complete the online voter registration application, print it out, sign it and mail it in.
Again this is an important issue for anyone traveling around Atlanta and Georgia on a daily basis.
