Waikele - Real Estate Sales Activity in Waikele for December 2007
Single Family homes sales in Waikele have remained steady. The 2007 average sales prices of single family homes are down a little over 3% from 2006 year.  Sales volume is up slightly though.  The current inventory levels and lower interest rates make Waikele a attractive to both buyers and sellers at this time.
Condo and townhouse sales in Waikele are another story.  Both average sales prices and sales volume have shown slight increases year to date over 2006 levels.  Prices may continue to rise if inventory levels and mortgage interest rates stay consistently low.
