Treeline is a small gated community in the Tomball Independent School District.   
 
 
It's a tucked away little area of homes located where Treeline Golf Course used to be.   The homes range in age from 2008 to present and new homes are still being built in the subdivision.
 
Location:  Treeline is located south of 2920 and just north of Spring Cypress and between Hwy 249 and Telge to the east and west.  
 
The Real Estate Market:  The price range of homes located in Treeline is approximately $250,000 to $500,000.   Most of the homes are 3,000 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft. and most lots sizes are between 8,000 sq. ft. and 11,000 sq. ft.  Most homes in Treeline have 4 bedrooms, but a few have 5 bedroomsand there is a good mix of one- and two-story homes with pretty front elevations.
 
Subdivision Amenities include a beautiful swimming pool, splash pad and playground.
 
Shopping:  Willowbrook Mall and The Woodlands Mall are both nearby as well as many strip centers on Hwy 249 with stores such as Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, and of course, Lowe's, Target and Wal-Mart - just to name a few.
