Face it, we hear alot of 4 letter words in our business.  Home Stagers have a big part in that  - in a good way.  Let me explain.

 

 
 
 
This family decides they have outgrown their home and are ready to move on to a larger property.  A decision like this can be overwhelming to a couple. 
At least 85% of them start looking on the internet in the areas think they might like to live. 
Here's what happens next.....








The call is placed to the Realtor.  "I was looking online and found a couple of properties that look really interesting.  I love the master bedroom slider onto the patio/pool area in this one shot.  And OMG the kitchen in this other listing is amazing.  I have to see these.  Can you SHOW them to us?"
Both these properties have been staged and therefore the online photos are appealing and attractive.
