Homes in Arlington Heights IL With Good Natural Sunlight Flowing In
Here are a couple of homes in Arlington Heights that offer good natural lighting.

We've noticed that about 75% of clients we interview express that they would like a home which has good natural light flowing in.  I'd have to say at least 60% of the homes we tour, if not more, don't have good lighting. They either face in a direction that prevents a lot of natural light entering the home, they have trees around the windows, or they simply don't have enough windows.  This is especially important for the Chicago area which gets fairly dreary in the winter, with predominately overcast skies.So - I thought I'd pass along a couple homes that offer good lighting, located in Arlington Heights IL.   Sometimes if a home has trees around it - the only way it can get decent lighting is through skylights (which can be retrofitted).
