Simpson Creek Farms offers Mason Schools but it's in Deerfield Township, so you get to save the Mason city taxes!  You'll love the convenient location to shopping, dining and entertainment options!  You're just west of Mason-Montgomery Rd, so Deerfield Towne Center with lots of shopping and dining options is just a few blocks away.  And for the movie buffs Regal Cinema is right there too!
Simpson Creek Farms is actually two communities, Simpson Creek Farms North and Simpson Creek Farms South, with the two halves split by Socialville Foster Rd.
Why the distinction?  They're actually managed by two different HOAs and Simpson Creek Farms North is the one with the pool and the play area.  If you live south of Socialville Foster Rd, there's no amenity package (although you do save about $95 a year in HOA fees).
