My 9 year old found a home for our family...
Yes it is true, My 9 year old son just came in my office with his IPad and said he found a home for us...
 
We have recently move to Lincoln California to be closer to family and we are living with my sister and brother
in law until we find the perfect home. All of my kids love living with family but we are looking for a bigger place.
 
So my 9 year old just came in with the PERFECT home for us...except that it is in Lincoln Nebraska!
I then had to explain to him that although he can get the "apps" on his Ipad, he really needs a Real Estate
agent like his mother to find the perfect home!
