Homes sales in the beautiful community of Cortina in Queen Creek continue to inch upward for the month of July, 2012 . With a total of 10 home sales with an average of only 10 days on the market, Cortina exemplified everything you've read in the headlines about the great housing recovery now underway in Arizona. 
Of the homes sold in the month of July, the average price per square foot was $82.62. That's still a great price to pay for a new community with amenities such as a community pool.
