Did You Say "Free"... Emergency App For Smart Phone

What can you do at night to protect you from tornadoes while you and your family sleep? You can have your smart phone "awakened" by a Ping4 alert. What Ping4 has done is get with the national weather service and provide an alert if bad weather is announced for your local area.
This would also alert you if there is imminent danger of wildfires coming your way.
Another alert would be an amber alert if a child is kidnapped in your area; it would even provide a picture of the child if that was provided to the authorities.
If you live in a coastal area, you can get alerted to severe weather such as a tsunami or hurricane. I think this app is pretty cool. To get this free app just go to the ITunes's market or droid app market.
