You see them everyday as you are waiting at the light. Can I really make a steal on thathouse? Will they really pay cash upfront for my house in only a few days? Well, what do youthink? The old adage, it seems too good to be true, is well, true.
These are scams, normally perpetrated by con artists and thieves.

There have been many real estate scams over the years (swamp land, anyone?), and there will continue to be.Make sure you discuss any sale of purchase with a licensed Realtor.
