Deborah Wison just had another successful Uniontown OH Short Sale Closing with Chase Bank.
The Property:  Two bedroom, two bath ranch in Uniontown OH.  This ranch has 804 sq ft of living area.  It was purchased in September of 1994 for $69,000.  It sold in 8/24/2012 for $65,000.  That's a decline in value of 99% in 18 years. 
Liens:
1st Mortgage with Chase Bank for $85,794
2nd Mortgage with Citi Financial for $16,794
Hardship: Loss of income.
Summary:
I placed the propery on the market in March 2012 for $69,000.  We negotiated a deal for $50,000.  Chase countered at $65,000 and the buyer would not meet the counter. The property was back on the market within days and went pending with a new buyer for $65,000.       
The property closed August 2012.  Chase accepted $56,243.00 or .65cents on the dollar for the first mortgage.
