The Chenoweth subdivision has shown remarkable consistency in the past year. Sales show a down number but when so few houses sell in a neighborhood, one needs to look at the bigger picture. Looking through to the sales in July and August, both years show 7 total sales.
The prices also appear to have decreased but the true story is that the average square footage of the homes sold in 2011 was 4100 and that decreased to 3724 in 2012.
Chenoweth currently has one Sale Pending, 8 active listing, of which 2 have financing contingencies. The average asking price is $575,800 and the average square footage of the active listings is 4686.
