The Tangible & Intangible Benefits of Living in Iowa City First of all let me say that as a real estate agent I tend to look at things a little differently than in a study. I think choosing where to live is based on tangible and intangible elements. Yes, the young population provides a solid fiscal base if you decide to live here.
