Contract Pending - Selling Our Clients' Home and Their Church Plant

In this case, I'm even more pleased. The sellers of this home are dear friends of ours (nothing like putting extra pressure on us to get a home sold!) who are leaving Fayetteville to plant a church in our nation's capitol, Washington, D.C. They are anxious to begin their new life as pastors, and now it looks as if their prayers have been answered!
We marketed this gorgeous colonial Fayetteville home in our usual ways--we took tons of photos to post online, which in this case, really mattered.  Our buyers commented that the photos are what made the decision easier for them. The husband is serving overseas, and he said that he felt as if he knew the home well based on the quality and quantity of pictures he could see. We also created a full video tour, did enhanced descriptions of the home in all the most popular real estate search engines, wrote blog posts to highlight the best features of the home, and featured it as a premier listing all of our marketing. ... more
