As an Active Rain Blogger, the added bonus of attending your local, state or national real estate conventions are meeting up with fellow Active Rainer's.  Today Tiffany Sneizek and I met up with Jerry Newman.  It was great meeting this wonderful man in person.  I knew from being a Subcriber to his blog that I would love him and indeed I did.
We all received an email this morning from the AR CEO Nikesh who will be arriving here in San Antonio, Texas tomorrow.  He will be meeting with as many Rainer's as possible.  Tiffany and I are leaving tomorrow morning so we won't be able to meet him which is a bummer.
Tonight a group of us will meet here at the Hyatt so I will post more pictures.  I am looking forward to meeting some more great folks in person.  It is neat when we can meet one another in the flesh.  
So, the next real estate convention that you have scheduled, make sure that you meet up with your fellow Active Rain buddies.  This adds just another great aspect to convention going.
