Cathedral Commons DC Update
Cathedral Commons DC Update Permits have been issued for Cathedral Commons, reports the Washington Business Journal December 12, 2012. New condos in DC The Cleveland Park mixed-use project has been delayed by litigation, now settled. Initial work started in September but it wasn't until Tuesday that Friendship Macomb SC Inc. was issued the first major construction permits for 3336 and 3406 Wisconsin NW. At 3336 Wisconsin, Bozzuto Group and Giant Food LLC team to redevelop the existing retail buildings into a two-story mixed-use building with 13 retail/commercial units and two levels of below-grade parking. At 3406 Wisconsin, a five-story mixed-use building will offer 124 residential units and 124 below-ground parking spaces. The new site utilization plan for Cathedral Commons was released August 24th. Details Cathedral Commons is the $125 million, mixed-use project in Washington DC featuring a redeveloped, 56,000-Square-Foot Giant Supermarket, 137 apartment units, 8 townhomes, 500+ parking spaces, and 128,000 square feet of retail space.
