I love the Real Estate agents I work with! That said, many I have met over the years of visiting hundreds of homes, I have encountered quite a few that have been put on my list too. 
I am frequently visiting Open Houses for inspiration as to how to improve the Buyer's Eye Appeal when I create. 
I have met a lot of fabulous agents. The Realtors I work with are very savvy with Open House marketing.  They present themselves as conscientous, eager, and the agent you want in your corner when you go to market your house.

Unfortunately, sometimes real estate agents make mistakes that scare away potential clients!
As a home buyer who has lived in 4 different cities, I've added many a real estate agent to my "Don't Deal With Them" list based on their open house behavior. This means:
