Double Dipping Your Posts You did the work.  Wrote a masterpiece of a post!  There's no one going to doubt that you know that neighborhood, that event, that town, that (fill in blank as appropriate).  You've thrown that bread crumb out into the vast wilderness of the Internet and hope someone finds it.  You did the SEO thing as best you know, so the odds are good, right?But you want to get a few extra digital miles out of your posts?  Reference them in your other posts where it makes sense!As an example, we knew we had a closing scheduled yesterday in Stone Lake at River's Bend.  New construction for our buyers, nice home, a segment we wouldn't mind working some more.  And typically after a closing we'll do a PR post to let folks know we not only blog about real estate, but that we actually DO sell some here and there :)So Monday evening a quick trip through Stone Lake at River's Bend to get pictures.  Not just of the home our buyers bought, but enough to fuel a blog post on the 60 home community.  Follow up with some web research on the community and what the builder ... more
