Short Sale Frustrations Are Internal As Well SEE BOTH SIDES of this HORROR JOB!

I have a praise today for Dave Ramsey at Bank of America today.  On Aug 27th, I informed him that the 2nd lien was not taking the offered 10% and demanded more.  He said the assigned closing agent would address this now after the approval letter was issued.  Tuesday is closing and today the closer calls me once the final Hud is submitted and has no recollection of this conversation or why the HUD is now different than the approval.  Thank God for Equator as I brought his attention to our emails from 8/27 and within 3 hours, Dave has reissued the corrected approval letter still allowing us to close Tuesday just in time to stop the foreclosure auction already scheduled.  GREAT JOB Bank of America for at least one negotiator that goes above and beyond.
