100 MLS Photos...that’s a lot of photos!Just recently the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) and Rapattoni our MLS provider announced that we can now add over 100 MLS Photos!  Wow that’s a lot of photos. I am a big fan of photos in the MLS and I have been an advocate to increase the amount of photos available but I never dreamed it would reach 100.  The mandatory is one photo of the exterior, its a good thing it’s mandatory because a few fellow agents would prefer NO photos.  I have yet to see a listing with 100 photos displayed but I am sure the time is coming.  So what about you and you're MLS?   How many photos can you display, do you take advantage of the maximum?  Any minimums?
