It's a good idea to have games plans for certain situations in all of our lives.  One of the best times, is when you have to be around a negative person that you know always criticizes or puts you down. This is the worst...but it doesn't have to be.

We have all dealt with situations such as this, so here are some simple steps with how you can deflect their negative energy.
Follow the Feng Shui Game plan on how to communicate with a negative person whom you already know:
1. Assess the person you will be encountering.  More then likely, you already know their personality, temperaments, how they think and act.
