Average List Price:  $298,438
Average Sales Price:  $289,491 (97% of list price)
Median List Price:  $158,364
Median Sales Price:  $154,474
Lowest Sales Price:  $103,000 (3 BR 2 Bath 1,326 Sq Ft foreclosure in West Hamilton Crossing)
Highest Sales Price:  $750,000 (4 BR 4 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths 3,858 Sq Ft Home in the luxurious Sycamore Hills Subdivision)
Average Days On Market:  119
What does this report tell us about the Southwest Allen Country real estate market last week?  Average days on market is WAY up compared to the previous week.  It almost doubled.  Homes sold for 97% of list price, which is also way up compared to the previous week.  It was definitely a good week for the SWAC real estate market!
