It's a fantastic search site that allows anyone to come onto it and go through the WFRMLS (that's the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service, for those acronym-fearers), just like an agent on Salt Lake board of Realtors would!
It's powered by Market Leader and KW, industry leaders in their fields, who have come together to provide this home search site for everyone. It allows users to see any property that has been put on the WFRMLS, in any city in the county. You can search for bank-owned properties only, if that's your thing, or limit the search by the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, school district, year built, or subdivision you'd like to search for. For example, if you'd like to search for all homes in Daybreak built in the last 5 years with 3 bedrooms or more, you can do that.
