"Boots on the Ground" - What Does That Mean? ANOTHER MORTGAGE FREE HOME GIVE-AWAY!
What exactly does it mean to have "boots on the ground"?   The military term is used to convey that "military success can only be achieved through the direct physical presence of troops in a conflict area.”  If you are a civilian with "boots on the ground" it means that to achieve the desired success you must have an active presence in the middle of the challenge you wish to overcome.
The challenge?  Tens of thousands of United States military men and women have been severely wounded in the last 10 years of war.  The solution?  Civilians to get their "boots on the ground" to serve these heroes in whatever way they can.  One way is to find non-profit organizations who are not just talking about wounded warrior statistics, but they are actually doing something about them, and then partner with those charities to make a difference.
It was an incredible day in Tucson, Arizona, last week when the employees of Fairway Independent Mortgage got their "boots on the ground" for the third time to serve one of our nation's heroes by partnering with the Boot Campaign and Military Warriors Support Foundation, to present a mortgage free home to a wounded warrior.  ... more
