Westerville Home Prices - August 2012

The graph shows average prices for homes in Westerville schools for the past 15 months.  The homes represented by the graph are all single family resale listings in Westerville schools in the Columbus Board of REALTORS mls (multiple listing service.) The green line is average "for sale" prices of Westerville homes.  The red line is the average sale price (closed) of homes in the Westerville City School District.  The average sale price of a Westerville home was $200,000 in August 2012, that is down from the $207,000 average sale price in July 2012 but up from August 2011.
Compare the Westerville schools area to Franklin County, Ohio home prices and Delaware County, Ohio home prices. There are homes in the Westerville City School District in both central Ohio counties.
