Uploading documents and photos to Trend, please use this to help your clients
When something good happens I think we should take advantage of it for our customers. Recently Trend our MLS allowed us to post 6 extra photos for a property. We went from 6 to 12 and now we can also post documents about the property as well such as seller's disclosures, plot plans, home owners association rules and regulations and a host of other information up to a limit of 5 different documents, any one of which can be upto 30 pages long. Oddly you can access these as an agent, but if you email the listing to your client they are not available to the client, this I am sure is a feature which will be corrected and is something that was simply overlooked.
I think this is wonderful. All the research shows that prospects looking on the internet love photographs, so why are there still so many listings with 6 or less photographs. And some of those that do have more photographs have the same photographs twice. Wow, I guess if I didn't like it the first time, maybe the second time it might look different. I am also amazed at how few agents are making documents available to prospective buyers through their agents ... more
