Indian Springs Elementary School gets an A: Columbus Schools
Indian Springs Elementary School got an A  the preliminary grade for the north-side Columbus elementary school is Excellent according to the Ohio Department of Education.

The grades available to Ohio schools (districts and individual buildings) from the Ohio Department of Education are:
Excellent with Distinction Excellent Effective Continuous Improvement Academic Watch Academic Emergency Do the familiar A, B, C, D, F grades correlate to the report cards from the Ohio Department of Education?  I am not sure if they do, but IF central Ohio Ohio School's grades using the familiar letter grades to  describe the rating from the Ohio Department of Education,  use grades that most of us are more familiar with:
A+ = Excellent with Distinction  A = Excellent B = Effective C = Continuous Improvement D = Academic Watch F = Academic Emergency The Columbus Dispatch headline on Thursday, October 18, 2012 was "Columbus clings to it's "C."
