Good MLS Pictures in Virginia Beach or Bad? Which are yours?
 
Haven’t we all seen it all?  Good MLS pictures and bad MLS pictures of homes in Virginia Beach.  The first house in Virginia Beach you pull up has a living room with children's toys sprawled across the floor. The next picture is the master bedroom with laundry on the floor in the corner of the shot.  How about those with cluttered kitchen counters?  The perfect shot is the exterior with overgrown grass, shrubs and bushes or dirty gutters?
 
 
Are these real estate agents trying to just put something in the MLS or are they oblivious to the fact that buyers are looking at these pictures to see which home to disqualify looking at?  I understand that they want to get the main shot up as soon as they post the listing, but as far as the supplemental pictures go please wait until the house is presentable.  Don’t forget to go back and replace that first exterior shot.
 
Looking back at your pictures in the Virginia Beach MLS are these “good” pictures or the bad ones.  Which would you like a buyer to see and how would those pictures help him decide which house he would like ... more
