Are you searching condos for sale in the Juanita neighborhood? I just listed a condo for sale in the Cedar Mill condo community. Juanita is located just north of downtown Kirkland. Juanita offers lots of parks, restaurants, shopping, great schools and a mix of condos and single family homes.
Cedar Mill Condominiums is a community of 80 units in Juanita. There is no rental cap (great for investors), its also a FHA approved community low HOA dues, which include water, sewer, and garbage. Cedar Mill was built in 1977-1978, but most of the condos have been updated since then. Cedar Mill condominiums are mostly made up of 1-2 bedroom condos, all on a single floor, no townhomes. The major bonus to Cedar Mill condominiums is that its located just walking distance to Juanita Village (shopping), Juanita Beach Park, and close to park-n-ride.
