Holiday Home Tour Near Bryan-College Station
It's hard to believe that another holiday season is upon us.  Thanksgiving is next week and Christmas is just around the corner.  If you love history as well as the holidays, you're in luck!  Take a trip back through time to experience the Christmas of yesteryear with a Holiday Home Tour near Bryan-College Station this weekend.
The Giddings Stone Mansion in Brenham, TX (just 40 miles south of College Station) has been decked out in all its holiday splendor.  Doors open this weekend, November 17th and 18th, for special tours of the mansion's home and grounds.  Heritage Belles dressed in period garb will take guests on guided tours from 1pm to 4pm both Saturday and Sunday, explaining the history of the home as well as its inhabitants.
In addition to the home tour, Giddings Stone Mansion will be filled with vendors set up with unique items that make great one-of-a-kind Christmas presents.  Some of the items available for sale at the trunk show include jewelry, home decor, holiday decorations, homemade sweets, furniture, books and much, much more.  Start your holiday shopping early.  And pick something up for yourself, as well.
