The housing market in Woodbury's Bailey's Arbor neighborhood is heating up in the last part of 2012. Six homes have sold or are pending in Bailey's Arbor so far this year, four of them since September 1. Sale prices ranged from $425,000 to $625,000 with most selling in less than 45 days. The Durham Executive Group recently sold a home in Bailey's Arbor in one day!
