Sometimes we get to help a family through a tough time when we Stage a home. This is nothing compared to how much joy we feel when our efforts are a success.  Kristine you and your sister-in-law and family are blessed.
  My Kidney Found its Home With Barbara
My Kidney donation to Barbara, my sister-in-law was a huge success! I went into sugery on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. It only took 2 hours to extract my left kidney. Meanwhile Barbara went into surgery at 9:00 a.m. and it took 3 hours to attach my kidney, which instantly started to produce healthy urine.
Later that night, with the help of my husband, I was able to get up and walk down the hall to Barbara’s room. We were both so grateful all the tests, all the waiting and now the surgery was behind us and Barbara could look forward to a healthy, happy, long life!  We smiled at each other through tears at the miracle God had given us.
We have so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving.  It’s still amazing to me that my kidney is now functioning in Barbara’s body, cleaning all her blood restoring ... more
