The home sold for $138,000. My client was a first time homebuyer who thought  that she could buy a home on her own. She took a chance and now she is the owner of a 5 bedroom brick home in a swim tennis community.  She is happy that she stepped out on faith and took a chance to reach one of her goals. The process was not always easy but in the end she did not spend over $2,000 to purchase her home through the Georgia Dream Program.The Georgia Dream is a program that allows first time buyers to purchase a home without a down payment. The program gives the homebuyer $5,000-$7,500 in the form of a second mortgage.
