How To Get Motivated Sellers And Cash Buyers To Say "Yes" So You Can Buy Or Sell More Properties. A Step-By-Step Negotiation Guide. So the groupies (and by groupies I mean my wife and kids) on the Clever Investor real estate investing tour bus (and by bus I mean our Nissan Armada) asked me to divulge some of my top negotiating tips.  Now normally I would have to kill you if you learned my secrets...but since I love my groupies so much...I will let you in on a couple of my best (and most lethal) negotiating tricks.  But before I do, I think it is important for you to realize a few things:
