Cut your own Christmas Tree from tree farms in South Carolina

It is that time of year again!  Time to get the tree up and get your home decorated. In fact, a lot of people around here have already decorated. It seems to me that everyone is decorating earlier and earlier now days. If you haven't gotten your tree yet, consider one of the farms listed below.  Keep in mind it isn't a good idea to just pull off the road and cut down a tree just anywhere you want.. that is illegal and usually it is not the best kind of tree for ornaments anyway.
If you do go to a farm where you do the cutting, make sure to cut as close to the ground as possible so you will have enough of a trunk to go into the stand.  Once you get the tree home, shake it by tapping it on the driveway so that all the loose needles will fall off there instead of inside your home!
