Staging Your Home During The Holidays
 
There’s something about the cold days, long nights, and darkness of winter that makes people feel less motivated.  This is a bad thing for people who want to sell their home during the winter months.  Another tricky issue can be to decorate or not to decorate during the holiday season.  How do you attract buyers, yet not limit the space of your home with the Christmas tree and snowmen littering your floor space?   Well I am a firm believer that you don’t have to stop living life while you are trying to sell your home, but I do believe in making your home attractive to all types of buyers.
Here are a few simple tips on how to still feel festive and decorative during the holiday season with that for sale sign in your front yard…
