Dublin real estate prices are up! 
Average "for sale" price - $465,000 Average sold price - $337,000 Median sold price - $300,000 Dublin real estate a market report for November 2012
Unlike some areas in central Ohio, homes in Dublin schools both sale and "for sale" prices of homes are up.  
The November 2012 average "for sale" price of a single family resale listing in Dublin schools, $465,000 was up from November 2011 when the average "for sale" price was $417,000.   The average sold price of of a single family resale home in the Dublin City School District  was up 6.3% from a year ago. The average sold price of a home (single family resale in Dublin schools) was $ 337,000 in November 2012 compared to $ 317,000 in November 2011.
The median sale price of a home in Dublin schools in November 2011 was $270,000  and this November the median price was $300,000. The median sold price of a home in Dublin schools was up 11.1% % from November 2011.
