Do not buy or rent a condo at Zion Summit Condos in Salt Lake City until you read this. There are some important things that you should know before you sign on the dotted line. There are a lot of condo complexes to choose from in the downtown Salt Lake City area. Hopefully, I can help you decide whether or not the Zion Summit Condos are a good fit for you. Let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Overview:
The Zion Summit Condos are located at 241 N Vine Street, Salt Lake City, UT. This is just north of Temple Square, directly behind the LDS Conference Center. The view is fantastic, especially from the south side. The building was built in the 70’s and still has that 70’s feel to it, although it has been well cared for. The prices for the Zion Summit Condos are about average for the area and the HOA fee is reasonably low, considering the amenities that are provided. Let’s take a look at the good and the bad.
