Main Street Landing Development Project in New Port Richey Florida
The City council has approved the mixed use Main Street Landing development in New Port Richey to move ahead with development. It has been over the last 8 years that we have seen the construction on the corner of Main Street and River Road inch forward with the speed and gusto of a turtle.
The Main Street Landing is a mixed use property designed for not only Residences but also Retail Stores and even Dining Establishments in downtown New Port Richey.  Personally, I will be happy to see the property in full swing with stores and restaurants and maybe we will have a nice coffee shop or cafe to visit when were the downtown area.
I know I have driven a few buyers past the Main Street Landing site located on the south side of the Main Street Bridge and all of them have asked what that building is. Now we have a solid answer to tell out customers. "That is going to be a place for people to live as well as local shoppes and restaurnats." This is some Good News for Downtown.
