If you are wanting scrambled eggs and hardly any clean up this is the way to go. First take out a coffee cup and spray it with Pam. Break your egg or two into the cup and mix with a fork. Put into the microwave for one minute with one egg or one and a half for a two egg mix. Your egg comes out very fluffy. This is a quick and easy way for a fast meal with hardly any clean up.
      In a nine by thirteen inch dish spray Pam or other non-stick spray in a bowl mix Ten to twelve eggs with sausage links sliced thinly, dice onions, green peppers, and also sprinkle graded cheese heavily on top. Put into the oven for one hour and set at three hundred-fifty degrees. This is a good casserole
